Sessions for Adults
Adults (ages 13 and up) can receive Reiki to help with any issues, physical, mental or emotional, or simply to relax. Stress Relief is one of the biggest benefits of a Reiki Session.

A typical initial session is prefaced with a consultation and followed by discussion. Therefore, an initial reiki session can last anywhere from 1½-2 hours, depending on the length of time you speak with your practitioner.
During your Reiki Session, the practitioner will gently place his/her hands on or slightly above you, from your head all the way down to your toes. In each hand position, your practitioner sends healing energy into your body. A session can be very relaxing and it's okay to fall asleep. You may experience sensations such as warmth, tingling, or gentle waves moving through your body. You may have releases in the form of body twitches, muscle spasm, gas, or tears. You may not feel anything but a sense of relaxation. Sometimes the result of the session is not recognized until after the session, when your body has a chance to integrate the healing energy and the shift that has occurred. We suggest you pay attention to your body and mind for approximately one week following your treatment, and drink a lot of water to help flush out your system.
Sometimes, several sessions are required to heal deep or long standing issues. Your practitioner can recommend a plan to you, based on your particular issue. If you pay attention, you will notice shifts over time as your body heals!

24 - Hour Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we request that you notify your practitioner at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
Clients who do not give 24 hour advanced notice for a cancellation will be required to pay 50% of the cost of the requested session/service.
Practitioner & Client Rights
Reiki, Massage and Reflexology sessions are given for the purpose of stress reduction and relaxation. Said sessions are not substitutes for medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment. Reiki, Massage and Reflexology practitioners do not diagnose conditions, prescribe, perform medical treatment, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. It is recommended that a client see a licensed physician, or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment they may have.
If a client is uncomfortable in any way during a massage, reflexology or Reiki session, they have the right to question their practitioner and/or request that the session be terminated. Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by the client will result in immediate termination of the session.
Personal information will only be viewed by a client's practitioner(s); it will be kept strictly confidential unless the client gives written permission otherwise.
Gratuities are not expected, but are gladly accepted.
