Reiki is a Japanese practice that teaches us how to touch ourselves and each other with gentle, loving and healing hands. It also allows us to explore our understanding of the world through the magic of energy, color, and feeling. We will learn how to practice Reiki. We'll learn how to create a simple space of balance and wellness for ourselves and each other.

We invite you to join our 4-day class designed especially for families! Receive attunements and practice on self and each other. Learn how to integrate Reiki practice into your family and your life. We will sing, paint, and move our bodies - all the while exploring Reiki! This class will be lots of fun for both kids 5+ years old and adults!

• Explore Reiki through movement, music, art, and journalling with the whole family!
• Give Reiki to self and each other!
• Energy-sensing exercises and games!
• Level 1 attunements, kid-friendly manuals, and Family Reiki certificates!

Warning: This class is fun! Participants may be exposed to art, singing, moving, dancing, and yoga. Participants may come from this class feeling a renewed sense of appreciation and zest for living!

Reiki Masters Terence and Jess facilitate this class with the wonder and naiveté that only children and the eternally young appreciate.
