Reiki is a Japanese technique of natural healing that teaches us how to touch ourselves and each other with gentle, loving and healing hands. It also allows us to explore our understanding of the world through the magic of energy, color, and feeling. We will learn how to give and receive Reiki. We'll learn about energy and healing.

We invite you to join our five-day class designed especially for families! Receive attunements and practice on self and each other. Partake in exercises and activities for energy awareness, and give Reiki to toys. We will sing, paint, and move our bodies - all the while exploring Reiki! This class will be lots of fun for both kids 5-14 years old and adults!

Warning: This class is fun! Participants may be exposed to art, singing, moving, dancing, and yoga. Participants may come from this class feeling a renewed sense of appreciation and zest for living!

Reiki Masters Terence, Tania, and Jess facilitate this class with the wonder and naiveté that only children and the eternally young appreciate. We also have lots of experience teaching and working with children.
