This class is for any kid who wants to learn about Reiki.

Reiki is a Japanese technique of natural healing that teaches us how to touch ourselves and each other with gentle, loving and healing hands. It also allows us to explore our understanding of the world through the magic of energy, color, and feeling. We will learn how to give and receive Reiki. We'll learn about energy and healing. Warning: This class is fun! Participants may be exposed to art, singing, moving, dancing, and yoga. Participants may come from this class feeling a renewed sense of appreciation and zest for living!

Reiki Masters Kim, Tanya and Jess facilitate this class with the wonder and naivet‚ that only children and the eternally young appreciate. We also have lots of experience teaching and working with children.

• Kim and Tanya both hold a Master's degree in Elementary Education
